impossible to say: It is impossible to say without being able to see the rash. Have a dermatologist evaluate it.

Dermatitis: Itching of the skin with redness and bumps usually represents a form of dermatitis.  A Dermatologist or primary care physician can evaluate your skin to diagnose exactly what the problem is.  Trying different creams by trial and error may cure the problem, but only by accident.  
Get some professional help with the problem, that way an accurate diagnosis can be made

about a week ago i noticed a hard bump on my labia minora and it itches like crazy. should i be scared or will it go away? any creams b4 i see my doc?

Compresses: Something like that could be a simple cyst.  That can be treated with a warm compress, 10-15 min a few times a day. For the redness and itching hydrocortisone can be used twice daily for up to a week. If it worsens, or just doesn't go away see your doctor.

i have a dark red spot on my breast which itches at times and if pushed, is sore. it appeared 20 days ago and  has not spred.  i was prescribed amoxicillin, and applied muprirocin no changes..  now 2 days using steroid cream and it seems worse. ibc?

Stop steroid!: If it is worse after using the steroid, it is either a yeast infection, or a bacterial infection that is worsening.   I suspect yeast, because antibiotics did not help.  But I can't say that for sure, and you need to call your doctor today and ask what to do, since your doctor examined the rash, and I have not..  If you have fever, rapidly increasing pain, warmth, or red streaks, get seen STAT.

Yeast: Vaginal itching without discharge can indicate infections like yeast or stis like herpes. It can indicate an allergic reaction to household products like certain soaps and laundry detergents. There are also some skin conditions liked lichen sclerosis which can cause vaginal itching.  Since yeast creams are not helping you will need to  schedule a visit for testing to determine the cause

Local treatment: Sounds like a local irritation or perhaps mild allergy. A small amount of a topical low potency steroid  such as Hydrocortisone 1% - over the counter - and cool compress should help.  These generally don't last long.

: The cited irritation will resolve in a few days if you keep the area clean. A simple moisturizer may provide some relief from the itching.

: Histergan® might help itching but doesn't cure anything. The most common cause of vaginal itching and irritation is yeast infection (thrush). Many "azole" products are effective and probably available in your country without prescription. If that doesn't clear up your symptoms, you'll need to see a doctor or clinic for diagnosis and treatment.

: If the skin is normal (no redness, no rash or scaly or crack, etc.), you can try lidocaine 4% cream or ointment as needed for controlling itching for a day or two. If the skin does not look normal, you should see a doctor, a dermatologist is preferred, but you can still use lidocaine cream +/- allegra (OTC) for itching in the meantime.

i hve a small vein that itches once in a while on the left of my anus on the entrance its not big and it does not hurt. creams i used don't work?

Hemorrhoids: This sounds like a hemorrhoid issue.  Seeing a colon and rectal surgeon would be helpful as they can examine the area and see if it needs to be treated or if more conservative measures such as creams are enough.  I hopethis helps.
