Leg bump: It could be any one of several things.  Possible lipoma, blood clot or other soft tissue mass.  See your doctor.

Fibrositic nodule: This can be a fibrositic nodule from intense muscle spasms that may have hardened and may have become fibrosed and then get  calcified.  This happens when the muscle is overloaded with  nerve irritation.  These nodules are commonly noted in patients with myofascial pain or discomfort.

Not likely: Superficial clots form close to the skin, and are not a danger for embolism.  Deep venous clots are deeper, generally larger and are a risk.  Is more likely a cyst in formation.  Try warm compress, and if it grows over sev days, might need Dr eval and antibiotics

i have a deep and hard +/-5cm lump on my outer thigh, a few cm above tge knee. its fixed and unpainful. it itches sometimes. not warm at touch, not red, not visible, only detectable by touch. is it liposarcoma? i am afraid?

Thigh-Hip pain: Insufficient data. 
Now, the most important. you should go to see an orthopedic surgeon, make the appointment today for you to be seen tomorrow. Or go to an ER, say that the pain is very bad.
The causes may be a hematoma to a tumor.
 For how long, is the pain, is present all the time, or in some positions goes away?.
You need an MRI of the pelvis-hips.

Needs evaluation: I am concerned about this description. I recommend an evaluation by your primary care physician or a surgeon to determine if you need a biopsy, or should just have it removed.  There are types of cancer called sarcoma which can grow like this.

Remove it: The fatty lumps, not just fat itself, should be removed if they cause you any concern.  Although nearly all of these are benign, they may get large and become obtrusive.  They usually can be removed under local anesthesia as an outpatient.

Cyst or tumor: A hard lump on your thigh is most likely a cyst or a benign tumor, such as a fibroma.

If the lump has been there a long time, has not changed size and is not painful, you can just "watch" it.  If it has appeared recently or has enlarged, then a surgeon should remove it. A pathologist will then determine if it will be of future concern.
