I have a small hard lump on my outer upper thigh that is close to the muscle/bone. it seemed to appear after excersizing. has not grown in 3 weeks.

Fibrositic nodule: This can be a fibrositic nodule from intense muscle spasms that may have hardened and may have become fibrosed and then get calcified. This happens when the muscle is overloaded with nerve irritation. These nodules are commonly noted in patients with myofascial pain or discomfort.
