i was pushing really hard cause i thought i was going to have a bowel movement nothing came out now i feel like something is sticking out of my rectum. no pain or blood what could this be. i just got over diarrhea had normal bm 2 days ago help?

: You may have a rectal prolapse from straining. It may eventually recede.  You may try pushing it back in place. A proctologist or colorectal surgeon could evaluate and advise you.

my daughter screams and vomits while having bowel movements. her bowels are not hard and she has fiber daily but now there are blood spots in her poop?

Stool: This sounds serious please take her to a doctor to check her out.  Constipation does not seem to be the problem as you said.

i've had left abdomen pain, occasional hard bowel movements and microscopic blood in stool.  now notice  i have some small areas of black tar stool that i haven't yet told doctor.  her working differencal is ibs with diverticulitis. is correct w/ tar?

Melena: Black tarry stool, otherwise known as melena, can sometimes be due to diverticulitis, but certainly can be a sign of bleeding in the upper digestive tract. You should share this new finding with your doctor and see if it affects her working differential. You may need tests to rule out an upper gastrointestinal source of bleeding. Good luck.

Have a colonoscopy : Patient with diabetes will have digestive motility problem as the high sugar affect the nerves in hands and feets and make patient feels numb it does effect the nerve ending in the colon and stomach and small bowels so basically it's normal you can avoid a lot of problem by eating more fibers eating multiple small meals and exercise by simple walking make sure you stay hydrated good luck
