i have gad i suffer most of my symptoms only at night when i'm trying to sleep. is it natural if i can't feel my heartbeat? i've had an ekg was norm.

my ecg is normal and heart health is ok, i do have ephasgatius and hiatal hernia and i've noticed after a really bad reflux session lately i can't feel my heartbeat in my chest when i exercise could this be because the esophagus is inflamed?

: Esophagus and heartbeat are separate. Hearing or not hearing your heartbeat is not related to your esophagus. You are too young to have this condition. I suggest a second opinion- unless you have symptoms. Wish you good health

is it normal i cant feel my resting heartbeat on my chest with my hand but i can feel my pulse in my wrist and neck, ive had an ecg and doctors said it came back normal, i use to be able to feel in my chest though, i have give up drinking though?

: A male your stated age should have enough muscle mass, bone and other tissue between the heart and your hand to make "feeling" the beat unusual. In the neck or wrist where are not lots of tissues in the way is where we check the beat. Preoccupation with this issue is not warranted. Let it go.

i am 71 have cad recently have some pvcs after exercising mostly.i take a statin and sometimes have fast heartbeat. have lo bp so cant takebeta locker?

Not certain what: your question is. PVC's after exercise can be normal but may also be a sign of progression of CAD. Fast heart beats in a patient with CAD can be very bad or nothing at all. We have medications to help elevate your blood pressure in order to be able to use beta blockers. Sounds like you need to focus your questions and get checked out by your health care provider.

i can see my stomach pulse with heartbeat when laying back is this normal i cant really feel a pulse in stomach just see it..is it aaa or normal..help?

Are you thin?: Hi. You are NOT seeing your stomach pulse. That's your aorta. And at age 20, it's not a AAA unless you have Marfan's or syphilis (which i HIGHLY suspect you do not). I suspect you are what we refer to in medicine as "the worried well". Good luck!

hcg level 3 days ago was 172. now its 412. the dr cant see a heart beat yet. is this still too early to detect a heart beat,?

HCG: Your HCG level is rising nicely, but it is probably too early to see a heart beat. Try again in a week or two.

when i have anxiety i don't have get a fast heart beat or palpertations i cant even feel my heart beating fast but the doctor has given me propranolol a beta blocker is this still ok to take as i need something to calm the anxiety only?

No problem w those: There is no problem with B2 and B12 for the heart.  They should not affect an irregular heart beat or change the function of any of the valves.

im feeling like i am living in a dream for 2 weeks. i fell a weird sensations like cold/tingling on the left side of my head, and pain behind the eyes. cant concentrate and i facing insomnia, my heart beat strong at night in bed. could it be anxiety?

IT IS POSSIBLE: It is a possibility that you are experiencing stress or anxiety. Hard to say without more info. Try to do some relaxation, yoga, hydrate, eat well, and if this does not help go and speak with your doctor.
