A hypotonic solution has less dissolved particles than an isotonic solution .A hypertonic solution  has more dissolved particles than a isotonic solution and many more than a hypotonic one.If all are added together they would commingle & eventually form an isotonic mixture.

Yes, you'd die: Your cells can tolerate a very narrow range of sodium concentration. Too high or too low cells would either shrivel or explode, and if cells do that, you die. Your body has many systems and then back-up systems to keep your sodium regulated so that doesn't happen.

Ureters..: Ureters are usually straight tubes from your kidneys to your bladder. Tortuous means they are very curvy - kinda like those straws that swirl around. Hypotonic means they don't contract and move the urine down themselves very well. All this can mean the urine may not have the best route from kidney to bladder, and this can lead to urine backing up into the kidneys which can cause problems.
