Not necessarily: It is more likely to be a fibroid or something benign.  
Uterine cancer typically starts on the lining of the uterus and can then grow into the muscle.  But if the lining was not thick on the ultrasound, then the chance of cancer is smaller.  A nodule within the wall/ muscle of the uterus is more likely a fibroid.  Please follow up w your gyn.

Hypoechoic uterus lesions: The report is like this.1) non gravid, bulky uterus with heterogeneous myometrial echo texture.2) about two solid hypo echoic masses are seen within the uterus and they are 37mm x33mm and 54mm x 47mm in sizes..3) adnexae, pouch of douglas are free relatively.4) general uterine outline is inconsistent and irregular. Have you been pregnant?You have fibromas, 
The fibroid has to be removed by surgery

The uterus is tipped forward, which is typical, and has a normal appearance. This cyst is large enough to require follow up but it could still resolve. Surgery could be required if it persists or is more complex than appears to be the case.
