: You should see a lung doctor for an evaluation of your shortness of breath to be certain you don’t have any lung issue that is contributing to your shortness of breath. A CT scan of your chest to assess for blood clot as well as pulmonary function tests would be a good place to start. So, see a lung specialist for an evaluation. Good luck to you!

: You should ask your cardiologist if the echocardiogram changes would account for your symptoms. If the changes don’t account for your symptoms, you should see a pulmonologist for an evaluation to see if your symptoms might be pulmonary (lung) related. You may need more tests like pulmonary function test, CT scan of your chest, etc. Good luck!

: Measuring BP during exercise is difficult &amp; often in error. Remember BP varies with ever heart beat &amp; during exercise the heart must beat very hard.  Check family history of HBP as this may predict future HBP. I would move to DASH eating plan which may prevent BP from increasing with age. Discuss with your local team who has the whole picture. Why stress test done in a perfectly heathy man age 45?

: Need to check with the cardiologist who administered the test but, despite the absence of pain, this sounds like a positive stress test - there is inadequate blood supply to some portion of the heart. Need to check back with Cardiologist soon.

: We need more details to address your concern. When I have a patient resistant to multiple blood pressure medications or not controlled on several medications, I look for secondary hypertension. This comes from training as an internist. I have worked with hypertension specialists who do the same.

Probably: I would like to see your blood pressure below 120 systolic at your age.  If this measurement is the same on more than 2 occasions, you should consider measuring your own BP at home periodically since you are at risk of developing high blood pressure as you get older. Do note that blood pressure measured at the doctor's office tend to be higher , a condition known as "white coat hypertension.".

Lifestyle/meds: High diastolic (bottom) number is more typical of hypertension in young people. It causes the heart to work harder than it has to. Regular exercise, weight loss, meditation/mindfulness can lower it, along with dash diet. However, lifestyle changes take time. Every single beat of your heart at diastolic 90 is a strain. Consider starting med then taking it away as lifestyle improves.

Not yet: The diastolic, the lower value seems to be higher than normal. Make sure you check it while resting, ideally with 2 different devices and 2 different methods- manual and electronic.
