No: Hyaluronic acid (ha) injections (aka viscosupplementation) are indicated for arthritis, not meniscal tears. Normal joint fluid (synivial fluid) is made of hyaluronic acid and gets thinner in arthritic knees.  Ha made for injections is more "viscous" and is meant to "supplement" the natural synovial fluid in arthritic knees to decrease pain and stiffness. It's not indicated for other knee problems.
