What is the natural food sources of hyaluronic acid ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many sources: Hyaluronic acid (ha) is found in eyes, joints, skin and other areas. It is currently injected in joints, used in eye surgery, as well as wound healing and some cosmetis. Ha as a fountain of youth is still unproven scientifically. Oral supplements are available. Foods with ha include soy products, animal parts with cartilage(joints tendons, rooster combs), starchy root veg. & red grapes/wines.
