Gastritis: You may have gastritis. This is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It can be acute (occuring for a short period of time), or last for months (chronic). The causes are many, and can include taking too many nsaids such as Aspirin ibruprofen or naproxen, drinking alcohol, or extreme stress. It can also be caused by an infection in the stomach (h pylori bacteria). See your pcp to determine.

Obesity: You're probably overweight and if you eat less than you burn off, so that you will love weight, you will not be full and you will be hungry. That's your body's way of telling you you're losing weight. It's not harmful or dangerous and the feeling generally lessen as your body gets used to the lower intake. If you eat when hungry, you'll never lose weight.

Allergies: Possibly allergies to environmental allergens, or certain foods, chronic low-grade sinus infection less likely.  The best simple daily treatment for sinus or nasal problems is to buy and use a neti pot.  It is a way to irrigate the sinuses with salt water, and does wonders.  It's not as unpleasant as it sounds-give it a try!

5 hr gtt: You need a 5 hour glucose tolerance test. Your notation that "glucose is normal" and "post-prandial Insulin is 66" may be mis-timing the changes that occur during your symptoms. These changes are quite dynamic, changing over minutes.

? protonix (pantoprazole): It is a protons pump inhibitors that blocks acid production. People do have increased apetite. See a doctor for nasal congestion and breathlessness.

Need good GI w/u: Gastroparesis is the most common cause of early satiety. People with gastroparesis have early satiety because food stays in their stomachs longer than it should. ... According to the NIH ,  diabetes is the most common known cause of gastroparesis .  Another known cause of early satiety is,  IBS  .  stomach ulcer, with gastric outlet obstruction, Ascites, GERD are other Dx.  GI consult recommended.

Hungry: May have to do with your choice of food or it may be a systemic problem. First, have a thorough medical examination. If there is no pathology (hopefully) ask your physician for the name of a good Nutritionist who can help you balance your diet.
