Varies.: 5 to 10 cups at one time is going to be toxic. 5 to 10 cups during the day won't be toxic but will likely result in withdrawal if it is a habit and then stopped.
In milligram that would be 300 to 600 mg at one time might be a bit much and that much daily will produce withdrawal.

3-4 days: Cotinine should be out of your system in 3-4 days. Five days would be safer. Do yourself a favor and quit use of tobacco in any form.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Not normally: One/day is normally safe as long as you do not take in other stimulants and you do not have other health issues such as a cardiac arrhythmia. Singulair (montelukast) can cause tremors and stimulant drinks can make this worse. Stunting of growth is possible but research is going back and forth. If you are playing after school sports, i would recommend cutting back due to cardiac and dehydration issues. Goodluck!

Label directions: Since Bengay is purchased without a prescription it is safe to use. I have not known of a dosage to exceed.  The manufacturer of Bengal has FDA approval for its labeling directions.
Use according to label. 
Never heard of weighing out the product.  You might consider asking who told you to do this.  Is insurance paying for it. Might be a payer issue w insurance on a prescription from a doctor.
