i have ingrown pubic hairs , i was prescribed bacitracin. i was wondering what does any discharge mean and can i use epsom salt at all?

That's ok: Epsom salts are fine to use.  You may have slight infections in the hair follicles and the drainage may be infection.

for the past two days i have been waking up with a sore body, heavy head, extreme fatigue, stiff neck... i usually gym regularly monday-fridays in the evening for one hour and park-runs on a saturday. i skipped gym yesterday and took a epsom salt bat?

Infection. : If you have a new onset of symptoms of this nature with a stiff neck, I would recommend you be seen. Possibilities are likely viral process, but either significant infection or even strep throat possible. Could be rhabdomyolysis from your activity.

Not advised: I would not advise doing a colon cleanse with epsom salts under any circumstances.  Your colon has natural ways of cleansing itself, especially with good diet (lots of fiber from veggies, no processed foods, low sugar, grass-fed meats if meat is eaten, etc) and plenty of drinking water.  Some people also use periodic fasting (meaning 1 day or so) with green juices, etc.

recently i was told to do an epsom salt cleanse. i did and ended up in the er in extreme pain. i have gerd and gastritis. do u think the cleanse cause?

Your GERD caused: Don't know how you  cleansed with epsom salt , you need treatment for gerd , if endoscopy done all available medications and measures failed , you should consider anti-reflex surgical procedure , speak to your doctor.

May not be.: Gallbladder (gb) surgery is usually proposed for a poorly functioning gb, ie: lowered ejection fraction, associated with abdomen RUQ pain. A gb "cleanse" may not make any difference; but one could try and see if it works for you.

Safe but won't work: This is an attempted cure but is really  quackery. There is absolutely no proof that this works at all. People will believe they are seeing stones in their stool but this is not true. Regardless, it is safe to try this but it won't work.

Not likely: Epsom salt, or magnesium sulfate, has numerous uses in medicine, but i've never used it for an antacid nor have i heard of it being used as so...Magnesium carbonate is a basic compound that can be used as an antacid.

Try to avoid this: It is preferable that you use distilled or boiled water with prepared salt packets that you can purchase at your pharmacy. 
Epsom salt is Magnesium sulfate as opposed to the Sodium chloride present in the salt you use day to day. The latter is preferred for nasal irrigation

Not sure: I have recommended epsom salt baths but not sure what you mean by "flushing".

No.: Eczema is best treated by avoidance of irritants / solvents / soaps and the application of moisturizers and topical steroids.
