That's ok: Epsom salts are fine to use. You may have slight infections in the hair follicles and the drainage may be infection.

Infection/inflammati: Discharge from the ingrown pubic hair could be an indication of either infection or inflammation. Epsom salt may have light anti inflammatory effect but not anti infective effect. It is not going to harm you use the epsom salt in addition the bacitracin
