Use Sunscreen and: If your Sun Burn is mild.You may be able to participate in sports in Sun by using Sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours
Use SPF 30 And do the following
Protect your eyes with Sunglasses that filter UVA&amp;UVB rays 
Put on a wide trimmed hat to protect your face
And if not playing sit in a shde
If still sunburn gets worse than you have no choice but to sit out
