Cold: Cold compresses or cold shower will relieve discomfort. Moisturize with aquaphor to allow bleating of skin.

Sunburn: (Aloe Vera) can V redness, pain, itching & swelling from burns. It has anesthetic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial & antifungal qualities. It speeds burn healing by stimulating new skin growth. V pain by placing cool, moist compresses on skin. NSAID's & acetaminophen can help. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can be used for itching. Hydrate well & don't peel off deep layers. See dr for severe burns.

Depends on how bad: Time will heal it. Cool water will reduce pain. Aloe is of no more value than any other oil. Lubricate with vaseline or any lubricating cream/ointment. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will do nothing except sedate you. NSAID (ibuprofen, naproxen) will reduce inflammation. Next time be more careful.
