Due to estrogen-like properties it can enhance lactation, reduce menstrual cramps and reduce menopausal symptoms but it is advised to not use fenugreek while pregnant as it might increase risk of miscarriage.

I would suggest taking them at different times to prevent nausea and to minimize a large peak of b vitamins.   Several smaller doses make the vitamin available throughout the day.

Stomach upset: Usually, it is to prevent your stomach from being upset.  With your history of bloating, I would recommend you take any vitamins or drugs with food unless the pharmacist recommends you take them on an empty stomach (this is rare)
