i have muscular arms and calf's, my upper abdominals show a little but my thighs lower core and chest has extra fat how do i lose this extra weight?

Diet: Exercise certainly helps but a healthy, sustainable diet is the only reliable way to fat loss. The best place to start is by cutting out all sugary drinks and juices (i only drink water), and limiting foods with added sugar. I've always been very fit but i lost at least two inches from my waist just making this simple change, and most people respond well to this adjustment.

Diet & Exercise: Proper exercise and diet are very important.  If you have been dieting and exercising the way you should, then possibly medical intervention is needed so you may need to go to a plastic surgeon to see what else can be done.

Interval training: The best form of exercise you can do is a combination of cardio and strength training, called interval training.  Using cardio and light weights you gain muscle and decrease fat.  I use the nike training club app on my phone.  There are likely interval classes at your local gym.  You can specifically target your abs and legs as well.  You'll see results in weeks, it's really a great workout.

hi i had a scab appear on my leg about a week ago from no cut or anything that i know of and then it healed and turned into a thick skinned red circle on my thigh. and there is another one that is slowly popping up very close by the original one. ?

Bell fat: Use American Diabetic Association diet of no less than 1300 calories/day and get into an exercise program for abdomen. This obviously assumes you have no medical issues which would preclude you from dieting or vigorous exercise.

can weight lifting cause pulmonary embolism or fat embolisms, it was leg day yest and im in agony just worried about my calf's hurting?

No: Injury (like a concussion or contusion) is a risk factor, but not mere over-use. Sounds like you just have a sore (very sore) muscle. Try ice.elevation, analgesics, and rest and time should do the rest. Good luck.
