Different advice: There is no recommendation to cover your eyes.  In fact, masks should mostly only be worn by patients with active respiratory symptoms and health care providers caring for Covid patients. You may even touch the front of your mask and then infect yourself theoretically.

Cellulitis : Cellulitis of face is often staph or strep. They should respond to antibiotics, although with some difficulty.  Sometimes staph can be carried in the nostrils and is treated with topical bactroban (mupirocin) to lessen this.  
Your description of using multiple antibiotics for months, a coated white tongue and painful swallowing seems to suggest the possibility of have a yeast infection in your mouth and esophagus.  This is common in situations like yours.  You might benefit from reevaluation from your physician for this possibility or referral to a gastroenterologist.  This condition is treatable with oral antifungal medication and should resolve in a short time.  Best wishes.

UV : Uv light may cause damage to sensitive tissues in the eye and increase the progression of cataracts. In addition to dr. Caster's recommendations and comments, i also recommend sunglasses with high uv rating to protect your eyes from harmful uv rays.

If it becomes reddened and inflamed you should see an ophthalmologist. It can be removed with minor surgery but may recur.
