See PCP.: The rash maybe fungal rash. Have your pcp examine it to give appropriate treatment. Meanwhile, have him take a hot shower and keep the rash dry.

i have little belt fat and iam playing football weekly.but it doesn't change.how can i remove the belt fat with simple exercise ?

A problem: I am not aware of any exercise that can result in removal of localized fat deposits. The best reason for liposuction is "a localized fat deposit that doesn't respond to diet and exercise." you may want to investigate this with a surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery if the belt fat is bothersome enough to you.

Probably: It should be evaluated by an orthopedist and x rayed. Major sprains heal best when the ankle is immobilized.

Rest may not be enuf: From your history, it sounds like you are developing an lateral ankle instability.  While rice (rest compress ice and elevation) will help relieve the immediate injury, it will not fix lax ligaments, which develop with repeated injuries.  Look into wearing a good stirrup ankle brace and get an MRI to evaluate the competency of your lateral ankle ligaments.

Sprain or fracture: A doctor cannot distinguish a sprain of the joints from a fracture of a bone without an x-rar.  Get one. A sprain needs less support than a broken bone.  Walk on a shower clog or in a sabot till you can get diagnosed.

See a doctor: The coach may be right that your son's nose was broken. Even with minimal bruising and the nose apparently now well aligned, a deformity could result as it heals. Don't mess around with this, and for sure don't rely on the coach's word. Get your son to a doctor.
