1.  Drink plenty of cold water during the day
2.  The higher fiber diet, the better (this will also help with your bowel movement issue)
3.  Walk as much as you can every day
losing weight is very difficult, but it sounds like you are doing everything right.  Slow steady progress will help you.  "spot exercises" for the abdomen unfortunately will not help; it takes overall body weight loss to affect the abdomen.
But remember, don't be too hard on yourself, and just keep gradually working on this.  The main goal is good health.
