Facet syndrome: The likely cause of the pop in your back is a facet joint.  Facet joints are found at each level in the spine, one on each side, toward the back while the disc is in the front of the vertebrae. Facet joints become arthritic. They are aggravated when you are in an upright position, especially sitting. When bending forward the open up and can pop. not usually serious other than when painful.

on the side of my right knee is a lump that hurts when i bend my leg or sit for a long period of time. it has gotten worse. any ideas? thank you!!

Knee bump: If red ,tender to touch may be abscess or may be cyst or ganglion cyst which  develops in tendon sheaths from  repetitive use. Cysts can be drained an if needed removed. Abscesses have to  be drained and need antibiotics  f/u with urgent care/doc

Numbness on walking: Spinal stenosis from various causes comes to mind in view of associated low back pain. Compression of spinal cord or bilateral nerve  roots from disc disease is another possibility. Arterial blockages affecting both legs usually causes leg pain on walking. I'd start with an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon or a spine clinic. Appropriate studies such as an MRI will most likely be performed.

why does my legs go numb and hurt when i lay on my back i have no virabra between my bottom 2 discs in my back and in hurts when i set or stand on my feet for a long period of time

It : It sounds like your back is worn out and have degenerated disks and possibly collapsed vertebrae.  It is possible your nerves are being pinched when you are in certain positions.  I would recommend seeing primary care doctor, interventional spine doctor and/or spine surgeon to determine best treatment.  Treatment may include rest, anti-inflammatories, brace, physical therapy, steroid injections and surgery.  Good luck!

Too many things??: You need to see a doctor to discuss.  Ddd is arthritis of the spine and we all have it to a certain extent and numbness of hands and feet at 26yrs old would not be likely degenerative disc disease.  Hands and feet nerves are from different areas of spine and if all go numb more likely something systemic.  I hope you don't smoke. You need to see a physician to discuss and further tests.

Unsure: A dislocated knee would not have allowed to to use it at all.  I am guessing you are referring to your kneecap and tracking issues you are having.  This can be treated and a knee specialist can help.

Arthritis: One of the early sign of arthritis when stop moving the joint for any reason start to do that when you move it go away.

Tendinitis: You might be having tendinitis around the elbows and knees. If possible avoid excess pressure on the joints. You should also take ibuprofen and if pain persists, see your local doctor.

Painful feet: Your father needs to see his doctor and be evaluated for vascular problems as well as peripheral neuropathy. If he's diabetic, he's at increased risk for both of those conditions.
