Compression of spinal cord or bilateral nerve roots from disc disease is another possibility. Arterial blockages affecting both legs usually causes leg pain on walking. I'd start with an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon or a spine clinic. Appropriate studies such as an MRI will most likely be performed.
