It : It sounds like your back is worn out and have degenerated disks and possibly collapsed vertebrae. It is possible your nerves are being pinched when you are in certain positions. I would recommend seeing primary care doctor, interventional spine doctor and/or spine surgeon to determine best treatment. Treatment may include rest, anti-inflammatories, brace, physical therapy, steroid injections and surgery. Good luck!
