If you want to,,,: You have a very good total cholesterol and you say you have a good hdl/ldl ratio, which means your LDL can't be very high and would almost definitely be within the lowest range, so this is highly unlikely to be a problem for you.  You're also older with this, making it even less of a problem.  You might, therefore want to save it for later in life unless you just want to know now.  Good luck.

FAT Transport: There's been many different theories to why cholesterol is related to coronary heart disease.  Ldl in general is utilized in our body to transport fat from diet.  Unfortunately some are left in the blood vessels and engulfed by macrophages forming plaques.  Small particle LDL unfortunately is known to cause this more.

Yes, but: Crestor (rosuvastatin) probably has lower muscle side effects than most other statins.  You can try reducing Crestor (rosuvastatin) dose or Zetia, which reduces cholesterol levels by different mechanism, because it sounds like you need to lower your cholesterol levels with meds.  Consult your doctor for specific recommendation in your case.

Hyperlipidemia: Very low risk.  These numbers are good.  I wouldn't get hung up on that one blood test result.  Keep Healthy

Various ways: There are several ways to improve your lipid profile. Lowering LDL can be accomplished by dietary changes. There are also several plant/yeast derived natural products that also help reduce ldl. Medicines such as statins are potent at reducing LDL and some can raise hdl. Exercise both lowers LDL and raises hdl. If you smoke, stopping smoking also can lower LDL and raise hdl.

Actually: Has been shown to lower LDL and raise hdl, but use caution...If a little is good, more is not necessarily better.

D, E, S: Diet, exercise, statin. Many other medicines have been recommended but none has  been shown to be effective.

Unlikely to: High caloric diet may but not running.
