Why?: These sound benign.  They could be removed surgically but that would create a small scar.  Laser treatment might attenuate them somewhat.  Moles of this character are very unlikely to become malignant.  So why  not ignore them?

You should have yourself examined and follow the advice of a dermatologist  as some of these moles can change into a melanoma which is a dangerous type of skin cancer. Any mole can be removed if needed.
