i seem to have fat pockets everywhere. butt, arms, inner thigh, stomach. i exercise but i don't know that i am eating right. how do i get rid of them ?

An active lifestyle: with even mild to moderate exercise 5 days a week really helps many patients... additionally, eating foods low in saturated fats, sugars and sodium will help to dissolve areas of fat.  Make sure to stay hydrated and eat many healthy "raw food" snacks throughout the day for great benefits!

Spot fat loss does: Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some will probably be hip ; leg fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed. Tone thighs w plie, squat, wall squat, ball squat, plyometric squat, stair steps, lunges, lunges w dumbbells, ball squeeze ; single leg circle.Exercises to tone your butt &gt;.

Exercise: Getting rid of fat on your legs is difficult. It seems much harder then other areas. That being said if you are fairly free from fat in other areas of the body, but it settles in your legs it is probably due to lack of exercise. You need to replace the fat with muscle. This means cardio which works the legs: biking, running, elliptical. Also need to work your legs out with weights.

Walk: Walk. Start with a mile a day and work your way to 3 miles a day. Drink lots of water and eat less.

No preferential loss: You cannot preferentially lose fat from one specific area of the body (naturally). However, overall weight loss will contribute to loss over different body areas. Exercise can be used to firm, tone and sculpt.
