Exercise: Getting rid of fat on your legs is difficult. It seems much harder then other areas. That being said if you are fairly free from fat in other areas of the body, but it settles in your legs it is probably due to lack of exercise. You need to replace the fat with muscle. This means cardio which works the legs: biking, running, elliptical. Also need to work your legs out with weights.
