Difficult situation: This is a difficult situation. You should first work with your doctors to treat the most easily defined illness first. That is the cold. When that is treated you will at least get rid of some of those symptoms.We all know that fevers and chillls magnify everything else. Then once that is treated, you need to check with your spine/neurosurgeon to make sure the stenosis is not treatable with surgery.

Time: It depends if your cold is caused by a bacteria or a virus. Viruses can take up to 14 days to run their course. You should see your doctor to determine if you need antibiotics. And believe me, when you are in labor your body will help you get energy! In the mean time, just rest. It will be your best therapy until you can see your doctor.

2 yrs ago i took methotrexate howver i stoped cold turky btween an alcohol binge for 3mnth energy drinks 6mnths now i developed sharp pains in should i not go thru endo or colonoscopy so it doesnt get worse im affraid it may be fatal as in death?

Week dizzy and cold: Something tells me the answer will become apparent with a simple blood test and exam. This you can get done at one of the quick care clinics this weekend. If you are getting progressively worse have someone take you to the emergency room. Make sure you are not really anemic, or out of sorts in any other way.

Energy Boost: The best way to obtain natural energy is to get adequate sleep, have a proper diet and exercise regularly.  Consume less simple sugars and more complex carbohydrates along with enough protein and fiber.  Make sure you exercise regularly but don't exercise within 2-3 hours of going to bed.  Avoid computer or tv before bed as these can disrupt normal sleep patterns, even if you sleep long enough.

Energy working work: Long shifts require breaks.  Planned 2-10 minute breaks every 1.5-2 hours.  If permitting, daylight exposure and exercise recommended (walk outside on a break).  Avoid missing meals and add small snacks every 4 hours.  Medications can be helpful but do have side effects.  Hope this helps.

Not work - play!: You have to envision your work out time differently - not as "work" time for you, but rather "play" time for you. Try to incorporate some of your exercise routine into playtime with your kids. Go biking with them, go for a hike with them in tow, go to the park and climb on the equipment . Jump rope while they play in the sandbox...it takes care of fun time with your kids and activity for you!
