No such thing: Detox is such an appealing concept... It seems logical we can take a tea or herb or medical preparation and sweat or bathroom out all the carcinogens, toxins, bad food and bad habits we are exposed to.  But sadly there is no magic bullet here... Colon cleansing, detoxifying, are all not helpful and can often be dangerous.  Once stuff is in the colon, its already on its way out.

The best way to avoid detection and be forthright about it is to simply ensure that you leave a dilute urine.  This can be done by getting rid of the first urine of the morning and then drinking plenty of fluids prior to your leaving a sample.   All the best.   Is cannabis a problem for you?

1: The most helpful for detoxing are the cruciferous vegetables and lemon.  These both help the liver and the kidneys.  The cruciferous vegetables include broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and cabbage.  The inherent sulfur molecules help the liver to work much more effectively.  Lemon juice helps the bile ducts put out more bile and helps the kidneys remove more in the urine.

Don't believe in it: In my opinion, and based on my training, experience and reading of the literature, we are NOT filled chock full of toxins, and we do not need to do anything to get them out, in general. There are people exposed to toxic substances like heavy metals, where medical procedures to get those out are needed, but this idea that every organ needs "detox" is not supported by any science that I know of.

"Vitamin F": "f" for food. Salads, fruits, herbs, spices, legumes, nuts, lean meat, fish, yam, water, fiber, oats, healthy cereals and oatmeal, water, etc..The body recognizes what vitamins it needs and nature has it all. "detoxing" you body with healthy foods is the way to go. The intestine, liver and kidneys are the most sophisticated "detox" systems in existence and are free. Can't beat that.
