"Vitamin F": "f" for food. Salads, fruits, herbs, spices, legumes, nuts, lean meat, fish, yam, water, fiber, oats, healthy cereals and oatmeal, water, etc..The body recognizes what vitamins it needs and nature has it all. "detoxing" you body with healthy foods is the way to go. The intestine, liver and kidneys are the most sophisticated "detox" systems in existence and are free. Can't beat that.

Can support detox: Vitamins in & of themselves don't detox your body but a good multivitamin will provide the many nutrients that support detoxification. Many herbs also can support detox.
