Detox: It is not necessary to detox. Just start being healthy. Your body is excellent at cleaning itself. To be healthy you need to have 4-5 fruit and vegetable servings a day, exercise for 30 minutes 5 times a week, and not smoke. Most of the detoxing regimens can cause imbalances in your body.
