Change in bowels: You are describing a change in your bowels. The best test is a colonoscopy for diagnosis or reassurance all is okay. Don't delay, get in to your doc.

Constipation?: Absence of bowel movements is usually due to constipation and believe it or not Crohns patients can get constipated.  Good control of the disease also can reduce bowel movements. If you are under good control and you see your doctor regularly it could be constipation or diverticular disease.  Advise you follow up with your GI doctor and be sure he checks you.

Need more info: She needs a detailed history and a complete rectal and gu evaluation including manometry to assess sphincter muscles. Is she at a psych institution? She is likely using her pelvic muscles to urinate and defecate at the same time. Please arrange for her to see the specialists.

Yes: The presence of blood in the urine, stools, painful urination or painful bowel movements could be due to involvement of these organs with endometriosis but other conditions such ass ic, other tumors of the bladder or bowel need to be excluded. Inflammatory bowel diseases like crohn's/colitis needs to be excluded.

Not dialysis,usually: Wonder if your cause is diabetic related enteropathy. I see this problem in about 3 or 4 every 100 dialysis patients. Usually due to diabetes. Of course infectious diarrhea is possible. See gastroenterology.

Not bad - be careful: You're "orthostatic" - that is, your BP drops when you fight gravity by rapidly assuming an upright position. This is always present to a small degree but becomes more pronounced after an illness, with dehydration, diarrhea, vomiting, excessive sweating, or prolonged rest. Just go slowly till you're (literally) "back on your feet" and you'll be ok.

BP drop: If you jumped out of bed and stood up too suddenly, it is likely that your BP dropped too low and caused severe lightheadedness almost to the point of fainting. However, if you had a profuse bm and/or passed blood you also could faint but you would have continuing symptoms if that happened.

Gas: What was your last meal? Many people struggle with an excess of fermentable carbohydrate, which causes a lot of gas and bloating. If you havw chronic indigestion and or gas, you may want to consider a low FODMAP diet. You can find an example of this diet on many websites.

why when i'm laying in bed and i have to have a bowel movement or urinate my right hip will hurt? it happens everytime.whether i'm laying on it or not

Odd hip pain: This is not a common symptom pattern. The most common disease i know that could cause this is endometriosis, where they may be implants of endometrial tissue on the bowel and/or bladder. Also prior pelvic infection or prior surgery could cause adhesions which might produce these symptoms.
