Constipation?: Absence of bowel movements is usually due to constipation and believe it or not Crohns patients can get constipated. Good control of the disease also can reduce bowel movements. If you are under good control and you see your doctor regularly it could be constipation or diverticular disease. Advise you follow up with your GI doctor and be sure he checks you.
