Depends: Normal serum creatinine ranges from 0.7- 1.5 mg /dl in many labs, however one should review the normal range in their lab report. Creatinine is a byproduct of muscle metabolism and is excreted by the kidneys. Both unlikely . . .: It's unlikely that anabolic steroids will affect your creatinine level, a measure of kidney function. Drinking water may decrease blood urea nitrogen (BUN) but not creatinine. Different drug screens test for different things. Most employers check for opioid abuse, not anabolic use, unlike sporting oversight groups. Unfortunately, there's no way to get stuff out of your system any faster or hide it

See a kidney doctor.: An elevated creatinine level suggests kidney injury but without knowing the cause of injury or if this is an acute or chronic condition, i can't offer specific advice.  A nephrologist who can take your history and examine you would be able to offer you the best recommendations tailored to your problem. Complex Question: This is too complex of a question and there is not enough information to give you a correct answer.  Creatinine is only one factor in determining when dialysis should be started.  Without knowing the cause of your father's elevated level, and what's wrong with his kidneys, it would only be speculation in advising how to bring it down.  He needs to see a kidney specialist.

Possibly: We would need much more information, but if you have not previously had kidney problems or elevated creatinine, then yes, resolution is normal after the acute insult is treated (and it takes a little time).  You will need follow up after the hospital stay.

And you are giving figures of 105,85,101 etc.These numbers are not compatible with life
Discuss with your Doctors who ordered the blood test as to why was it ordered and what the exact numbers are.
