is it possible to feel/know my ankle fracture is healing? 5 weeks post distal fib break. swelling gone and no pain and i feel good.

Ankle fracture: This is a normal process that occurs with fracture healing initially there is a significant amount of discomfort due to disruption of the covering of the bone which has nerve endings in it. As time goes on as the fracture heals the discomfort lessons. This is the clinical indicator that the fracture is healing, Radiographically or when the x-rays are taken there may still be fracture lines evident. This is all normal and expected

ive had a high ankle sprain since aug 2021 and my ankle is still sore and i have to wear my air walking boot, my x-ray revealed no break in bone. how long until im pain free ?

: High ankle sprains involves the anterior tibia-fibula ligament. This type of sprain requires very aggressive treatment immobilizing for a minimum of 4 weeks. I would immobilize on crutches for 4-5 weeks and re-evaluate at that time   When you bear weight the talus helps to separate the bones . If this fails surgical consideration will be needed.

pain right above knee cap no pain when bent but forget putting it straight it feels like my knee is going to break. just keeping leg straight hurts ?

Sounds like: a possible SUPRA ("ABOVE") PATELLAR  BURSITIS (fluid filled inflammed sac)
Check it out with your Primary Care Provider who may wish to refer you to an Orthopedic Surgeon

Healing: A raised bony callus generally forms when bones are healing. However, if you do have a concern about something being abnormal i would ask your doctor.

NEUROPATHY: People with diabetic neuropathy evolving into a Charcot ankle may not feel pain. For people with no health issues, I would think pain would be a presenting symptom.

Ankle: It depends on how long the fractured has been healed and the type of activity. Best advise is start slowly and increase slow. Swimming, biking are great to increase rom without damage.

Ankle trauma: Assuming this was an accidental strike  - pretty hard and you are more prone to a "shatter type of fracture due to concentrated forces.   You could have very easily caused a bone bruise which is painful.    
If you are attempting to break an ankle - unfortunately I can not provide that information

Why?: I'm not quite sure i understand -- are you planning to break your own ankle?  My honest answer is that this is a  really bad idea.  Ankle breaks are no fun, and depending on the injury, can be very complicated to repair and take a long time to heal.  If it's attention you want, i suggest you (at 18?) speak with a trusted adult about your feelings -- and very possibly a therapist as well.
