Masturbation: You have mistaken ideas about masturbation. It will not make you weak, not matter how often you do it. Eat whatever you want; food has nothing to do with sex drive or masturbation.

No will not weaken u: Clindamycin is a lincomycin antibiotic, &amp; it binds to a part of the bacterial cell, inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. This should not have any noticeable effect on human cells. I checked the package insert from the drug maker (Pfizer) and found no evidence of an effect. Some acne medicines mixed with clinda have steroids in them -and those can be catabolic. I'm not sure where you got ur info

Join the gym: You may join the gym and exercise. Other than alcohol, which you do not consume, there are no specific foods to avoid. Why did you have pancreatitis? Do you have gall stones? Finding the cause is important and you may need to consult a gastro-enterologist for that.

Hydrate well: Often cramps are due to poor hydration and/or loss of electrolytes. Make sure you drink lots of fluids with electrolytes, like Gatorade , slow the pace of your workout and make sure to cool down slowly

Ecchymosis(black and blue discoloration) may take longer to completely clear, but full activity can be resumed before that without further damage as long as there is no pain on use or tenderness.

Abdomen pain: You need to find out the cause of your pain.  It MAY be related to your workout even though you don't intentionally work on the abs.  Please see your doc and if all is well ask a trainer at the gym for a workout plan that suits your needs.  Peace and good health.
