Some basics: RSV is a worrisome infection to small infants whose tiny airways  plug easily with mucus.A 3 yo is at little risk when they do get it because their lungs have bigger airways. At that age they essentially get a cold. Meds are seldom helpful. Treatment is supportive &amp; focuses on comfort.If the kid feeds poorly/won't play have him seen.They do get secondary infections in the ears/lungs occasionally

No: The high fructose corn syrup in soda generally does not contain botulism and regardless that type of exposure could not cause a problem. It is fine

Syringe: Have the child leaning back in an adult's lap and squirt some in the side of mouth/cheek with a syringe and have a small incentive ready -maybe a sweet drink or a biscuit.

Confusing question: I don't recall ever having a 3 yo with testicular swelling and if so would do an ultrasound and likely send him to a pediatric urologist.If you have notices the scrotal sac become fuller, that is much more common and could represent water or a hernia. Either way, a visit to the doc is reasonable.

High Impact Twisting: Spiral fractures of long bones like femur are not common in infants, require large, torsion force, and should always raise suspicion of abuse. Detailed history and skeletal bone survey for any other fractures is warranted. Spiral fractures can occur in accidental, unintentional trauma.

3 yr old dental: Yes you should go, the ada recommends that children should see the dentist at 2 yrs old. We try to make it a fun appointment and just get them used to the dentist setting. Don't say "don't worry it won't hurt" to your child before. Say "its going to be fun, they will clean your teeth and give prizes". They will have a better experience.

is circumcision of a 3 year old baby traumatic or harmful?

More trouble than NB: Circumcision for a 3yo is more problematic than for the newborn. Differences in blood flow & size require a different technique & the kid will need a general anesthesia. After the procedure there is more post operative swelling, bruising& general discomfort. If not needed for a specific medical issue i would put it off until the kid was a young adult & expressed a desire for the procedure.
