Weight recommends: Are general. Around a 100 pounds if really petite. 110 pounds is spot on. Up to 121 is within range. However if you are muscular or have large bone structure you could weight more ; be just fine.

Any BMI calculator: Bmi is only dependent on height and weight. Unfortunately age and gender don't factor into the calculation, thus one of the limitation of the calculation. Many elite body builders would be considered overweight or obese, as an example. As a result of low body fat. Use the calculation as an initial guide and work with your pcp or a dietitian to further evaluate  the child's condition.

They find fetal DNA in your blood &amp; can test it for a variety of things including paternity. Ultrasounds and projected dates can give data, but a surprise at delivery is not worth a wrong call.

Muscular or not...: A woman weighs around 100 pounds at 5 feet, with 5 added pounds for each inch above 5 feet. Thus, at 5 feet 2 inches, she would be around 110 pounds. If she is muscular, she can weigh more. After having a child, she might weigh a bit more temporarily. After menopause she might weigh a bit more too, but can usually aim for the 110-125 pound range.

Still the basics: To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.

Weight gain: Weight gain usually occurs during pregnancy, most people loose the weight after pregnancy but some retain it , diet and excercise may help, also as one ages one has a tendency to gain weight, hypothyroidism can also cause weight.
