There : There is a possibility that your hair loss could be from your diet (iron deficiency) or it could be from another cause such as a thyroid disorder, hereditary hair loss, over styling, a scalp condition, polycystic ovarian syndrome, or even lupus.  Before just assuming it is your diet, you should give your doctor a call.  They will be able to examine you and possibly run some simple blood test to rule out non-diet related reasons for hair loss.  Many of these are treatable, so having the correct diagnosis is key!  good luck!

Insufficient info: Globulins consist of a number of different proteins, and you need a serum protein electrophoresis, as a start, for a detailed examination of the different proteins. Please consult the doctor who ordered the test.

Limited Protein: The urine should not contain much if any protein.  The kidney's job is to filter out those toxins that need excretion while keeping the important protein in the blood.
Protein loss in the urine can be assess with a dipstick urine test.  If elevated, a confirmatory 24 hour urine will measure more accurately how much protein is lost.  Less than 30 mg of microalbumin/24 hrs is considered ok.

How much?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, elevated protein in urine is a matter of concern and more so if you are diabetic and/or hypertensive.

: I usually assume that a lab test can vary by 10% between tests and is normal.  10% of 1 is 0.1 so above 1.1 may be high but double check with the lab and your local Drs. May just be lab error or day to day variation.  There are many different proteins that are measured so need to know exact one. Check lab report for more details such as what in normal in women like you.

Exercise: You can take a protein powder supplement as a snack or as a meal to augment your plan toward excellent fitness. It is not necessary to increase protein if you have a balanced diet but having a shake once a day, no more than 15 to 20 grams of protein is appropriate. Try rice protein rather than whey to limit dairy. Best wishes.

Mostly veggies,beans: It's easy for a vegetarian to get adequate protein- beans, nuts ; seeds are good sources, as are greens like kale ; grains like quinoa; eggs ; cheese too. 
Eat mostly vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds ; fruits. No need for a strict quota for each food group.

Not really: Your ratios are too high in carbs and fats and not enough protein in your diet. Where are you allowing for your calories from vegetables? You must also consider things like vitamins, minerals. I suggest a sit down with a dietician to clarify what you are aiming for, but 80% of your food should not be carbs and fats.

: A BUN of 6 is low normal, and would not indicate any kidney disorder.

Variable! : Are you an apple or pear? Certainly lower carbs( starches & sugars), and increase protein intake to 100mg per day. Sodium intake: less than 3 grams. Fiber intake should be 20-25g per day. Caloric intake is dependent on physical activity. Make sure your fat intake is mono vs poly unsaturated vs saturated. These are universal guidelines.
