Stay hydrated: Your exercise regimen is commendable. Taking 3 grams of creatnine will not make u fat however this dose may be excessive for your kidneys.  I would consult a nutritionist and definitely stay hydrated if your take any amount of creatine.

See dietitian: Congratulations on being so health conscious. The person to best address your question would be a dietitian. I suggest your doctor put in a dietary consult for you. You can have the consultant take a close look at you eating habits and match them up with dietary needs in pregnancy, specifically making sure you get the appropriate amount of calories.

my body fats are at 27% &muscle mass at 35, i eat healthy &train hard 5 days per week lifting heavily. i am losing the remaining fats steadily however slow. overnight i found my hip dips more obvious on my left side more. should i worry about that?

: Sometimes we refer to the hip as the joint that allows you to pick up your leg in 3 directions, and sometimes you notice a dip when you take a step which comes from a pelvic joint in back of your hip ( the sacroiliac joint).  An osteopathic physician or musculoskeletal physician can examine this to answer your exercise questions, or what you call "straining" .  Don't worry, get checked.

A few: If one is working out an hour a day, it is likely calories output is okay.  Even healthy foods in large quantities can contain lots of calories, so portion control may by an issue.  Consulting a registered dietician could help with that.  If a metabolic work up has not been done to rule out medication or other medical issues like hyothyroid - that might be a good idea in general.

I will recommend to : Get a doctor evaluation before starting aerobic exercise. Build yourself slow. Calculate mhr(roughly 220-age). Start, keeping 75%of mhr and build yourself up to 85-90% to build your indurance and cardio health. 30 min to 45 min 5 times a week will be great to start. Do alternate slow/resting 70% and up 85-90% increasing highs slowly but always resting state.

It depends: Diet suggestions vary widely and serving sizes do as well. I like to tell my patients that a simple rule to follow is this: each meal treat your plate like a clock face. From 12 o'clock all the way around to 9 o'clock should be vegetables.  Every meal. Make it look like a rainbow of color as well. Corn and potatoes do not count ( as too many people would use those exclusively)
