Time = time: If you count back 7 weeks and 4 days from june 18 you come up with april 25-26. In fetal growth a week is a week. Size discrepancies can occur for a number of reasons, but early on  the process is rather consistent.

No: Most first trimester fetus' grow at the same rate.  There would have to be a major structural abnormality (likely one that wasn't compatible with life) that would make it such that there was a 4 week lag.  Trust that your ultrasound is right,  your pregnancy is right and that there's nothing wrong with the dating.

???: Once u are 6-7 weeks def by 7 weeks a htbeat should be seen on us so if u are that far and no htbeat then the preg is not viable, if u are early u will see a sac and yolk sac but no htbeat yet cause u are too early and that fetus will grow  and by 7 weeks u should see a htbeat.

Implantation: Although the fertilized ovum initiates continued cell division(growth) as it travels through the Fallopian tube to the endometrium, a pregnancy test will not convert to positive until the fetus implants and connects with the maternal blood stream.

: There is nothing you can do but keep your fingers crossed and wait this out.  The difference in the measurements is probably not significant although spotting always increases the chance of a miscarriage. The CRL is more accurate for dating purposes and the FHR is reassuring. Repeat the ultrasound in two weeks to confirm a viable pregnancy.
