No: Most first trimester fetus' grow at the same rate. There would have to be a major structural abnormality (likely one that wasn't compatible with life) that would make it such that there was a 4 week lag. Trust that your ultrasound is right, your pregnancy is right and that there's nothing wrong with the dating.
