Could someone conceive in april but be only 7 weeks 4 days on june 18? does the fetus grow that slow?

Time = time: If you count back 7 weeks and 4 days from june 18 you come up with april 25-26. In fetal growth a week is a week. Size discrepancies can occur for a number of reasons, but early on the process is rather consistent.
