1-3 inches: From their peak height, women tend to lose about 1-3 inches over a few decades. Somethings such as osteoporosis may cause a much greater loss of height.

: It is almost impossible and I have never heard of this unusually growth.

Start with BMI: Start by calculating your BMI at the NIH site for example. The current ideal range for BMI is anywhere between 18.5 and 25. If in range, no worries you are at ideal weight.!If out of the range you may need to gain or lose so that you get in the range.

: We are taught to never say never in medicine because there are occasional oddities that arise. True linear growth (stature) ends when the growth centers close, which in females is ~ 3 years after first menses. Closed growth centers don't re-open to allow more growth.

W-heels on fire.: I don't know if being single has anything to do with it, but for a few months now, you heel(one) is over heating while lying in bed. The heat is cause by either an increased blood flow to the heel or a local sensory nerve disruption. Since it happens when you are lying down it may have origins in the back or leg. You will need to have your foot examined by a neurologist to help find the reason.

Hypothyroid?: I am assuming you need the levothyroxine because you are hypothyroid, otherwise that is pretty dangerous. Being physically active alone does not mean you will lose weight. You have to also reduce the number of calories consumed. There are many calculators online as well as fitness apps that can help you out. But remember it isnt the weight that matters its how much of that is fat vs muscle.

Not likely: Unlikely at this age.  Your growth is pretty much done.  There may be another inch of growth but that's probably it.

This : This is tricky to answer without a picture, but essentially any mole that has changed should probably be evaluated.  In particular, moles that are irregular shaped, dark, multi-colored, larger than a pencil eraser, or recently changed should probably get evaluated to make sure they are safe.
