No : Boys are born with the building blocks or stem cells of what will eventually become sperm. They will never function as fertile sperm until the kid transitions through puberty &amp; these "stem" cells shed extra chromosomal material &amp; have the proper genetic material to be fertile.

No: While the male penis is capable of erection at any point from birth on reproduction is only possible after puberty. (ages 9-14) The peak in male fertility is in the early 20's. Reported instances of females getting pregnant as children involve those with premature onset of puberty in childhood which is a rare event in either gender.

: Chances of fertility are likely quite good because 90% of undescended testicles are located outside abdominal cavity, ie in inguinal canal, groin or lower. Such undescended testes, when corrected early on, usually produce normal, motile sperm. Prognosis is less good when both undescended testes are inside abdominal cavity. If necessary, semenalysis is best method to check fertility potential

See below: Generally speaking one kidney should give  you sufficient function throughout your life
it does not hurt to check out the urine and measure creatinine/gfr which is a blood test
if there is a stone in that kidney and blocks it, it is a problem compared to other people who may have a stone, but have a functioning other kidney
ofcourse a freak accident injury to only one kidney would also be a problem.
