Is it true that boys are born with fertile sperm ? my friend and i seem to be disagreeing i told her you have to go through puberty and she said that boys are born with sperm to reproduce

No : Boys are born with the building blocks or stem cells of what will eventually become sperm. They will never function as fertile sperm until the kid transitions through puberty & these "stem" cells shed extra chromosomal material & have the proper genetic material to be fertile.
