But my guess is it should heal in 2-3 weeks. Usually the pain goes away first, that means it is healing well and should be healed in 1-2 weeks.

High pressure causes glaucoma and vision loss.

Blood accumulation may also cause an elevation of the intraocular pressure. Most uncomplicated hyphemas resolve within 5–6 days. Tge key is to be under the careful care of an ophthalmologist.

Follow instructions: Make sure you get checked out by an eye specialist asap. Many hyphemas resolve with little more than time, but they can result in irreversible, painful loss of vision and glaucoma.  Minimize risk of rebleeding in eye by limiting activity and stopping blood thinners.  You should also be on drops that can  keep the pupil dilated, reduces inflammation, and sometimes eye pressure.  Monitor pressure.
