Follow instructions: Make sure you get checked out by an eye specialist asap. Many hyphemas resolve with little more than time, but they can result in irreversible, painful loss of vision and glaucoma. Minimize risk of rebleeding in eye by limiting activity and stopping blood thinners. You should also be on drops that can keep the pupil dilated, reduces inflammation, and sometimes eye pressure. Monitor pressure.
