Yes: Blood floating in the anterior chamber of the eye (hyphema) will almost always cause blurry vision. It is important to see an ophthalmologist for hyphema to have regular eye pressure checks and be treated appropriately. Do not take Aspirin or Ibuprofen with a hyphema.

Yes: Hyphema is blood in the space between the cornea and lens (called the anterior chamber). Blood in this location will prevent light from focusing on the retina properly and can cause blurred vision.
